I don’t provide proof of funds to sign a purchase agreement, but that may be something that some people would require. When you bought low and sold high or when you did assignments did you go to the actual properties? Some of these deals I may have will be in another state and I was wondering if I have to be there to show the property and be present when closing the deal?
