However, after going for my second Owner Occupied home, the underwriter asked me for an explanation as to why I want another home. What is a good explanation? I cannot simply say “Owner Occupied Investments.” And how will I be able to explain to underwrites why I want to buy a third, forth, fifth,..owner occupied home?
